About the Job:

Our Mississauga office has an exciting opportunity for a creative, goal-oriented and enthusiastic individual to join our fast-growing company as Intermediate Software Developer. Working with the software team, this position will involve the design and implementation of an enterprise signal analysis and database management system. Once implemented, the position will involve maintenance to the system as well as R&D work with the data analysis team to develop new algorithms and expand the system to new domains. The successful incumbent will have experience programming in c#, specifically in the visualization and analysis of time series data. The position requires someone who is comfortable working both independently and in a group environment.

Skill Requirements:

Programming experience in c#, specifically visualization and analysis of time series data
RDBMS experience in SQL server or similar skills
Ability to create efficient file data structures
Experience working with time series data
Strong object oriented design and algorithm development skills
Experience interfacing with various hardware including USB and Ethernet
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent documentation and organizational skills
Solid spoken and written English

Specific Responsibilities:

The Intermediate Software Developer will act as project lead and main developer for an enterprise signal processing system
The position will have an R&D component, requiring the ability to develop new algorithms and creative ideas and new solutions
The ability to take user requirements and turn them into a final product is a key component of this role
